Kozue AOBA
Kozue Aoba is a high school student who lives in an apartment building with her landlord, a cat named Neko. Kozue is an eternal optimist who always sees the good in people, even when they don't deserve it. She is also a bit of a klutz, but she always manages to find a way to get back on her feet.
One day, Kozue meets a boy named Taichi who is new to the neighborhood. Taichi is a bit of a loner, but Kozue is determined to befriend him. She eventually succeeds, and the two of them become close friends.
However, Taichi has a dark secret. He is actually a split personality, and his other personality is a violent criminal. Kozue is unaware of this, and she is unaware of the danger that she is in.
One day, Taichi's other personality takes over, and he attacks Kozue. Kozue is badly injured, but she manages to escape. She is now determined to stop Taichi and his other personality from hurting anyone else.
